British TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK and international copyright laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the British TV website and/or service.
1. Nature of Our Service
British TV operates as an indexer and aggregator of multimedia links found publicly on the internet. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any copyrighted media files (such as videos, films, or live streams) on our own servers. Our service simply provides user-friendly access to streams that are already available on the world wide web.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from our indexing systems or terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (i.e., specific M3U playlist entries or IP addresses).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
