Welcome to British TV. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (british-tv.shop/) and the IPTV streaming services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Service Provision

British TV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service that allows users to access live television channels, movies, and series over the internet. The quality of the playback depends heavily on your internet connection and device capabilities. We recommend a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for standard/HD viewing and 25 Mbps for 4K viewing.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to the following acceptable use policies:

• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our servers or network.
• You will not share your login credentials or M3U playlist URL with third parties. Your account is for your personal use only.
• Restreaming, rebroadcasting, or attempting to distribute our content for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

3. Account and Billing

All payments are processed securely. We offer 1, 3, 6, and 12-month subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the stated price for the selected duration. We do not automatically renew your subscription or store your payment details for recurring billing. It is your responsibility to contact us to renew your subscription before it expires.

4. Multiple Connections

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your package details, a standard subscription permits only one active connection at a time. Attempting to watch on multiple devices simultaneously with a single-connection account may result in IP blocking or temporary suspension of your account.

5. Content Availability

The availability of specific channels, films, and series is subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain a comprehensive and stable channel roster, we do not own the content broadcasted and cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel or programme.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, British TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
