1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are experiencing technical difficulties that our support team is unable to resolve within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have contacted our support team via WhatsApp and allowed us a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
  • The issue must be related to our servers or service delivery, not due to your local internet connection, inadequate hardware, or third-party app malfunctions.
  • You must not have violated any of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing your account or attempting to restream our content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you request a refund after the initial 7-day period has expired.
  • If your internet speed does not meet the minimum requirements (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K) as stated on our website.
  • If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the service. (We strongly recommend utilising our Free Trial before purchasing).
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team directly via WhatsApp or email us at support@british-tv.shop. Include your username/account details and a brief explanation of the technical issue you are facing. We will process eligible refunds back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
